"He knew things before I did — about the baby's development, how to support me through each trimester, and how to show up as a partner now and after we have our little girl. It is like he has a coach and confidant. I've never wanted him to be a dad more. And FASA is helping him be ready."

FAQ

What men ask before they start

What is FASA?

FASA is a private coaching app for men becoming fathers. It gives you one practical rep each day, one weekly mission, and a clear map from the positive test through your kid's third month.

Does my partner use this too?

No. FASA is built for you. Your partner already has plenty of pregnancy tools. This one helps you understand what she is carrying, anticipate what your family needs, and show up without waiting to be asked.

What do I actually do each day?

You get three short reps focused on her, the baby, and your own readiness. They are practical enough to finish on a tired night, and each one connects to the skill your current week is teaching.

How long is the trial?

Seven days, with the whole app open and no card required. After that, you can choose a plan or keep the free Today page. Nothing charges automatically.

What happens after birth?

The journey keeps going. Around your due date, FASA moves into Dad Mode and guides you through twelve weeks of newborn care, recovery support, broken sleep, feeding, and becoming a family of three.

Can I cancel?

Yes. A monthly plan can be canceled anytime and stays open through the period you paid for. The Trimester and Full Journey passes are one-time purchases and never renew.

Is Cap safe to ask about medical or mental-health stuff?

Cap is an AI coach, not a doctor or therapist. Use it to prepare questions and think clearly, but contact your care team for medical or mental-health concerns. Read our Becoming a Dad Too guide for the full safety disclaimer.

What is the Crew?

The Crew is a private community of men becoming dads. Its focused rooms give you a place to ask, talk, or vent with men on the same road, without feeds, performance, or judgment.
